Really enjoyed how charming small the property was and its exceptional staff with friendly service from the whole staff. The location was excellent and incredible, near to the new convention centre, Hagley Park and the town centre, the park, botanic gardens, markets, museum and CBD, and the casino.

It was really close to sightseeing tram stop and park area as well as restaurants and bars, ideal location overall. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Lake Victoria.

Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room, and reliable internet connection. Tram and supermarkets easily accessible. Highly recommended for a great stay.

All I could ask for, great value. Loved my thoroughly enjoyable stay during my NZ holiday. Location: the hotel was close enough to downtown after 4 pm. I was surprised at nearby Laneway Espresso, they had some goodies, drinks. It was newly furnished, top-class and with built in netflix. Generally everything was really good, however the bathroom was very cold.
The staff - some of them were quite rude.

The location was perfect and incredible - close to restaurants and bars. By the way, a garden and a park were close to the place. I was offered a room with pleasant views across to park.

We had a wonderful stay at The Grange. The location was perfect, with the beautiful Botanic Gardens just a short walk away and excellent restaurants nearby. The building itself was stunning and had ample parking facilities. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We especially appreciated the warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff, who even provided us with a map of the town. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Excellent location, adequate breakfast for a huge amount of food. Modest executive king studio with built in Netflix. Location right by the re-emerging bars, cafes and restaurants. Also, to all the Christchurch sites.
